Samsung Led Wallet Case Not Working

Guess my case may have stopped working after a drop or something.

Took it to a samsung shop they place it in one of their spares and worked. I have messaged samsung on twitter and live chat and they gave me loads of steps to follow with the final one being to factory reset my device. Rebooting safe mode and clearing caches have no effect. Should i just buy a new case.

After the january update it has stopped working. However it only sounds on the first ring. Known issue and samsung is refusing to admit it. It is not wallet friendly.
